COLIN JONES:
Colin is the founder and Owner/Managing Director of Craig Tilly Search (CTS). Recognised as leaders in the placement of partners, CTS is a specialist legal search consultancy advising law firms on their strategic development and senior level appointments.
Colin is a highly accredited recruitment professional with over twenty years' spent in consultancy and recruitment, with a focus on the legal profession. Covering all areas of legal expertise, working with lawyers and Management at all levels on search, selection and contingent projects on behalf of leading UK and US law firms; Colin’s overriding ambition is to achieve sustained growth for clients and long term career progression for candidates. The foundation of his success is a detailed market knowledge combined with a comprehensive methodology.
Over the past 20 years Colin has been accredited with placing some of the most high profile partners and teams across multiple practice disciplines in the UK, Europe and Internationally. ALISON WRIGHT:
Alison has been specialising in the recruitment of lawyers into private practice and in-house for over 25 years. She has an extensive network of contacts at all levels of seniority, working on a range of assignments across a range of sector expertise in London, throughout the UK and internationally.
In addition to her track record in recruitment, Alison advises clients on strategic matters, including mergers and the intricacies of lateral team hires. Her experience outside of private practice has involved work on senior roles, both legal and commercial with a focus on the media, sport and entertainment industries.

Andrew Lawson:
Andrew is the co-founder and Owner/Managing Director of Wellington & Associates K.K. (WAJapan).
Recognized as leaders in the placement of legal professionals in Asia, and as a specialist legal search consultancy advising global and Japanese securities firms, Investment banks (structured products/derivatives), private equity and their portfolio companies, asset management, trust banks, global/Japanese insurance companies and on select appointments within law firms.
For over 20 years Andrew has developed and maintained relationships around a core value system based on a comprehensive methodology, detailed market knowledge and a consultative proposition that helps clients source the best people across the region on all levels of search and selection.
History:
In 1994 Andrew Lawson founded Wellington & Associates K.K. in Tokyo. Andrew’s practice originally focused on investment banking and risk, however, after Barings Bank collapsed in 1995 legal searches became a top priority in law firms, securities and banking across Asia. Andrew has become a highly respected legal and compliance recruitment professional in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore.
It was in 1995 that Wellington opened the Hong Kong office, and continues to develop and nurture relationships and lead practice teams in investment banking, commodities, private equity and asset management across Asia. Andrew is a passionate supporter of veterans of all countries, having served in the United States Marine Corp and the United States Army.
His favorite charity is Room to Read.

Nigel spent many successful years as a Law Firm Partner and for the last 30 years has specialised in real estate law and financing, representing developers, bankers and other institutions in a range of real estate transactions advising real estate opportunity funds and major investment banks on their European real estate investment programs. With experience in complex real estate financing deals, he has advised on equity, banking and restructuring elements of these transactions. Having been a partner in international law firms since 1994, Nigel left King & Spalding LLP in May 2018 in order to focus on his own account acting as a principal in property and finance deals as well as acting as a Consultant for Craig Tilly Search.
